Giving back to society in Bedford

As a social enterprise, King’s House is part of the King’s Arms Trust where all of our profits feed back to the charity.  We also partner with the King’s Arms Project,  who  work to restore dignity &
self-worth to the homeless & disadvantaged in Bedford.  They provide outreach, accommodation & opportunities, all specifically developed to help people out of poverty.

In November 2016, through us giving 50p for every hot drink sold in our coffee shop, the campaign raised over £700.  Throughout 2016 our optional 5% service charge on invoices also raised over £1,500.  The money raised will enable the charity to open  their 3rd move-on house later this year.

King's Arm Church
King’s House is primarily the home of the King’s Arms Church.  Our purpose is to live life the way Jesus described it should be:  caring for each other, enjoying diversity and creativity, reaching out to those around us, and living honestly and authentically.  Started in 1992, we’ve grown to be a community of over 800 people from all different ages, stages and walks of life.
We’d love you to come to one of our Sunday meetings.  You don’t need to know anything about the Bible, and you can dress casually.  You’ll experience a great welcome, live music and hear an inspiring message relevant to life. Join us any Sunday at 9.30am or 11.30am.  Visit to find out more or explore the other special events, play groups and training courses we host.
